General Office Supervisor City Law Firm £34,000
Leading law firm have a requirement for a General Office Supervisor. You will supervise all G/O team members and report directly into the Facilities Manager. You will be an experienced supervisor from a facilities background. This is more of a management role, rather than a hands on role with a team leader element.

In particular, we seek candidates with experience of performance management, absence management, handling rotas, training, coaching and appraisals. In addition, the candidate will have experience of handling budgets as the post holder will have budgetary responsibility.

Facilities Assistant Large UK Commercial Law Firm to £18,000
A vacancy has arisen for a Facilities Assistant to work for one of the UK’s leading commercial law firms based in the heart of the City.
 
 
Your responsibilities will including opening incoming post including date stamping, logging cheques, regularly collecting and distributing post and other documents internally, organising hand deliveries and collections, completing sometimes bulky or complicated photocopying, binding/collation of photocopies as appropriate, processing promptly incoming and/or outgoing faxes, shredding all confidential waste, ordering office stationery, keeping post and storage areas tidy, maintaining photocopiers and ensuring they are fully stocked with paper and toner, shredding all confidential waste, organising inhouse lunches, preparing teas/coffees for meetings, ensuring meeting rooms are tidy and presentable at all times, maintaining/tidying the kitchen, covering reception/switchboard during lunchtimes, periods of sickness and holiday cover, and working closely as a team with Reception, Administration and Filing Assistants in the office providing ad hoc support as required.

To be considered for this role it is essential that you have previous office experience preferably within legal/professional services, you must also have excellent communication skills with good literacy and innumeracy.

Our client are offering a salary between £16,000 to £18,000 plus excellent benefits which will include, 25 days annual leave, permanent health insurance, life assurance, personal pension plan and private medical insurance with BUPA.

Facilities & Records Co-ordinator – 9.00am until 6.00pm - £28,000 + Bens!
A great opportunity to join this large international law firm with lovely offices based in the heart of the City. They are currently looking to recruit an experienced Facilities and Records Co-ordinator to be responsible for management of day to day facilities and office services for the London office. Other duties will include ensuring the building, equipment and furniture are kept in good repair, purchase and maintain office supplies, manage office services relating to mail/messenger, reproduction and supplies, monitoring vendor relationships and contract renewals and assisting in future office moves, build-outs and redesigns.

To be considered for this role you must have previous experience working within facilities and records management. You will be a good team player with an enthusiastic and can do attitude.
