Legal Accounts Assistant - £30K (Temp - Perm)
The purpose of this role is to record in a timely manner and on a daily basis the financial data relating to the firm’s office account: to assist other members of the accounts team as and when required and to assist personnel outside of accounts in their general day to day queries regarding financial transactions.

This is a joint No:2 role and the Accounts Assistant will report directly to the Accounts Manager.  The applicant will also be expected to cover the client account duties of the other 2nd Assistant in their absence and full training will be given where necessary.

The Firm uses SOS accounts package alongside Visualfiles case management as wells as Coutts Bankline, for Online Banking. 
 
For this position we are looking for:

3 years solid Legal experience.
Working knowledge of the SAR.
Intermediate/advanced Excel.
Possibly Part CIMA, AAT, CCA.

Client Information Services Officer – Circa £25,000 + Benefits
Our client one of the most prestigious law firms in the world are currently seeking a Client Information Services Officer based within their busy CIS group. At present the team consists of 5 people, the group deals with the firm’s transactions and other computerised records and involves editing and filing data, compiling statistics, undertaking checks for conflict of interest, client identification and KYC for anti-money laundering purposes and answering external queries received by telephone and via the firm’s website.

This role would ideally suit a graduate, however non-graduates with solid experience will also be suitable. You must have previous experience of record keeping, conflict checks and anti-money laundering routines. Basic knowledge of MS Word is required and some knowledge of Excel would be useful however not essential as training will be provided.

Should you be successful within this role you will be expected to study for the International Compliance Association’s Certificate in Anti-Money Laundering Awareness certificate and to take part in internal training.

Our client is offering a salary of around £25,000 for this role depending on experience. Benefits will include 25 days annual leave, pension scheme, BUPA and season ticket loan.

Data Steward - International Law Firm - St Paul’s - £24,000 pa
Large international legal services organization are currently seeking a Data Steward to work in their busy Business Development Department to support the Client Relationship Management team in maintaining an accurate and credible database and implementing successful direct marketing campaigns.

Your main duties and responsibilities will include ensuring that data held on the database is accurately maintained, handling data change tickets, cleaning up data, merging duplicated records, eliminating duplicated data and resolving discrepancies, amending incomplete data, adding new contacts and companies and management of the experts and witnesses information from various internal and external sources, execution of reports and campaigns and using training and support from a marketing and business development perspective.

To be successful in this position it would be useful but not essential if you have experience of the following: InterAction system, working in a partnership environment and previous Data Stewarding experience. It is however essential that you are educated to at least A level standard, have a good telephone manner are highly reliable and well organised.
