Commercial Property Legal Secretary – 6 month contract £32K The role requires a senior commercial property secretary with experience with searches and laser forms.
The role is very hands on and involves building and maintaining knowledge of and having an interest in clients and their matters and the work.
It is essential that the candidate possesses fast and accurate audio and copy typing using digital dictation, a can do attitude and a solid work history.

Mark Lawrence - Legal Temporaries and Contractors Mark heads our Temporaries and Contracts division. He joined Law Support in March 2001 to run the desk, initially placing secretaries and other office support staff. For the last two years he has expanded into the paralegal market and into banking and blue chip organisations, to add to our more traditional law firm client base.
Alter ego: A rugby player and supporter with an enthusiasm for power-kiting, snowboarding and a passion for his Mini-Cooper. His next thrill-seeking holiday plans are for Hawaii, to ride Jaws (the wave).

Jo Wallace - Legal Temporaries and Contractors After commencing her legal career in 1995, Jo temped in various Australian Law Firms, gaining experience in secretarial, office management, marketing and human resources. In 2002, she re-located to Melbourne and enjoyed putting her legal background to use where she began her new career as a legal support recruitment consultant for a national legal recruiter. She arrived in London in July 2004, decided to Temp a bit before settling down and she now has had 6 months Temporary legal recruitment experience and 3 months Secretarial temping. Jo has finally realised she can watch Aussie Rules on Sky so she now has no need to go back home. This prompted her to join us and to embark on a long term career in Blighty ….. the power of sport!
Alter ego: Jo in her spare time attempts to breed Tasmanian Devils and is hoping to spawn a thoroughbred enabling her to start a gambling syndicate of Racing Devils. We actively support outside activities. Good luck!

Anna Gillon - Legal Temporaries and Contractors Anna Gillon joined us in June 2005. She started her career working as a Legal PA in New Zealand before embarking on her OE and she enjoyed London so much she decided not to return. She has eight years’ legal recruitment experience in London, dealing mainly with small to medium-sized firms. Honesty and listening to what applicants want, along with her first hand experience of working as a secretary in law, are her key criteria to success - most of her candidates are introduced through personal recommendation. Anna has recently returned to the office after being on Maternity Leave and we are very pleased to have her back!
Alter Ego: Her Antipodean upbringing stays with her in the form of a love of wine and travel and her two Burmese cats come high on her list of priorities.
