Christian Ankjaer – Managing Director & Consultant
With over 20 years experience in the legal recruitment market Christian has a wide network of contacts and a great knowledge of the industry. Christian’s main focus of recruitment includes Senior HR, Practice Managers and Fee-Earner recruitment.
Alter ego: Christian's alter ego has changed dramatically in the last five years! He now finds himself having a second job on evenings and weekends as a taxi-driver to his sports mad children. If it isn't school sports on Saturdays, it's guaranteed to be down to Tonbridge Juddians to give vocal support to the Under 12s and 13s.

Mark Lawrence - Manager & Recruitment Consultant of the Temp & Contract Division
Mark is a Director and manages the Temporary and Contract Recruitment Division. Mark joined Law Support in March 2001 to run the desk. Mark has experience placing legal secretaries, general other office support staff and facilities. In the last two years Mark has also worked with blue chip organizations and the public sector adding to his traditional law firm client base.
Alter ego: A rugby player and supporter with an enthusiasm for power-kiting, rugby and snowboarding.

Neil Robins –Manager & Recruitment Consultant of the Permanent Division
Neil is a Director and manages the Permanent Division at Law Support. Neil has worked in specialist Legal Recruitment for 10 years during which time he has gained an excellent reputation for his client and candidate relationship skills. He has amassed a significant contact base and in-depth knowledge of the legal and recruitment markets, enabling him to become one of the most effective recruiters in the market.
Alter ego: Follows his beloved Arsenal around the world and can be seen on the football pitch himself training youngsters and playing in the Sunday League.

Jo Wallace - Consultant - Temp & Contract Recruitment
After commencing her legal career in 1995, Jo temped for various Australian Law Firms, gaining experience in legal secretarial, office management, marketing and human resources. In 2002, she re-located to Melbourne and put her legal background to use beginning her new career as a legal recruitment consultant for a national recruiter. Jo arrived in London in July 2004 and has been working at Law Support ever since!
Alter ego: A member of the Jonny Wilkinson fan club, she enjoys travelling Europe and socializing with her fellow antipodean friends/migrants!

Jennifer Kent – Consultant - Permanent Recruitment
Jennifer joined Law Support in September 2006. After graduating in Law in 2000 Jennifer spent a year working in IT recruitment before moving into legal recruitment in 2002. Over the years she has developed some excellent relationships with candidates and clients and some good friendships too.
Alter ego: Jennifer’s a northerner and a keen Manchester United fan, so spends some of her spare time back up North visiting family, friends as well as the Stretford End. She also enjoys going to the gym, singing into her hairbrush and socialising with friends.

Francesca Milton – Consultant - Permanent Recruitment
Francesca joined Law support in 2008 and brings a wealth of industry experience. Her client base varies from West End boutiques to mid-size City firms and regional practices. Fran has an excellent understanding of the Legal Secretarial and Support market and has built up strong working relationships over the years.
Alter ego: In her spare time Fran enjoys playing the piano and cooking. When she has time off Fran enjoys relaxing in the mountains of Northern Spain and sampling the local Cider!

Daniella Sweiry – Recruitment Administrator
Daniella joined the Law Support team in August 2010, having worked in an administrative and accounts role for the last year and a half. Daniella studied law at A' level and was keen to work in a legal environment having enjoyed her course. Daniella is always ready to assist candidates with any query they may have, administrative or payroll.
Alter Ego: In her spare time Daniella is a self confessed shopaholic, addicted to her love of jewellery and splurging on massive rings to add to her collection. Daniella also enjoys dining out, as her love of food grows everyday.

Joanne Moore – Candidate Care Co-ordinator
Joanne joined the Law Support team in January 2007. Joanne works closely with the legal recruitment team looking after all the consultant’s and candidates administrative needs. Joanne brings a wealth of experience, having spent the past 10 years working as an administrator within legal recruitment. Joanne is friendly and approachable and is always on hand to assist with candidates.
Alter Ego: In her spare time Jo is busy looking after her adorable cats along with entertaining friends serving up her famous chocolate brownies!!!
