Graduate Recruitment Advisor at City Law Firm
One of the leading law firms in the country has an urgent need for an experienced graduate recruitment advisor to join their team to cover for maternity. This would be a 12-month FTC to start ASAP, but they will consider candidates on notice to get the right person.
The role will be full time (although there could be flexibility with this) and the salary would be £40,000 - £45,000 plus benefits.
This is a varied and unique role, very autonomous, and entailing all aspects of the graduate recruitment and development cycle so they are keen to hear from candidates with at least 3-5 years’ experience in the legal graduate recruitment space working at advisor, officer or senior coordinator level.
Because this is in a small team you will be involved in the “development” side too, not just the graduate recruitment, so ideal candidates will have also had exposure to trainee development and are used to dealing with seat reviews, pastoral care and generally being the “go to” person for trainee solicitors.
CIPD not essential, but preference will be given to graduate calibre candidates and a law degree would be advantageous, but experience in a similar role is far more important.
