A brand new role with a leading full service law firm based in the City.
The firm are looking to recruit a Senior Facilities Assistant to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of their London office. The role will oversee one Facilities Assistant and report into a senior individual who works remotely – giving the successful person a higher level of autonomy.
You will be responsible for the upkeep of the London office, any H&S issues/queries, dealing with contractors, office moves and refits, assisting IT with any troubleshooting/office moves/new hires, maintaining reception area and meeting rooms (including setting up for some meetings), archiving, mail room and much more.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years’ Facilities experience and ideally have some supervisory experience. The role would suit a tech savvy individual, so strong IT skills are highly desirable.
