This brand new Recruitment Coordinator role, at one of the world’s leading global law firms, is a fantastic opportunity for a confident candidate to work alongside HR and line managers to create and deliver high performance support that is in line with the firm’s robust hiring strategy.
This is a permanent role, working full-time hours of 9.30am-5.30pm however, a flexible working pattern is desired in line with business requirements. A generous annual salary of between £30,000 and £40,000 is offered (depending on background experience) alongside leading staff benefits and a discretionary annual bonus.
Responsibilities to include but are not limited to the following;
- Advising on appropriate sourcing and attraction strategy;
- Driving forward appropriate direct sourcing methods depending on each vacancy;
- Briefing agencies on business services vacancy requirements;
- Managing direct applicants through the hiring process;
- Conducting interviews with the line managers and/or HR colleagues;
This role requires a candidate with excellent time management skills that can meet deadlines and is comfortable liaising with other senior members of a team.
A strong IT proficiency, the ability to thrive under pressure and excellent organisational skills are essential, as well as at least 2 to 3 years of experience working within a City or US/UK and international law firm.
