Legal PA to IT Trainer at Law Firm – c£45,000

Are you an experienced legal secretary, but also a whizz on systems? Currently working as the (official or unofficial) superuser for your department? Love getting involved in training and mentoring? This could be the perfect role for you!

This is a truly unique opportunity for an experienced Legal PA looking for a move out of secretarial and into IT Training. This WON’T be a dual role where you’ll also have to support a team of lawyers as their PA, this is a 100% IT Training role for a legal secretary looking for a new direction to their career.

Our client is growing mid-sized law firm who are looking for a new IT Trainer work alongside their training manager and head of IT to offer a first-class training service to new joiners and existing staff.

The role will see you training on everything from the core Microsoft packages to their document management, billing and digital dictation systems (FileSite, Aderant, Workshare, Compare Docs, PDF Docs, Clean Docs and Bighand).

While much of your training will take place face to face, you will also get involved in delivering your training over webinars and other online tools so knowledge of using e-learning is essential.

What they are looking for is a dynamic, confident legal PA or legal document specialist who has some experience of delivering IT training within their current role and a passionate desire to do that full time.
