Brand new vacancy: We are currently recruiting for a User Support Specialist with our client, an elite tier and highly regarded US and international law firm . This is a 12 month fixed term contract position based in their West End London office.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a IT professional with two to three years’ experience in working within a similar position. You will be working within a team and be responsible for taking all first level enquiries from all users in the London office.
Other duties include but are not limited to:
- Perform root causes analysis and develop resolutions.
- Ability to communicate effectively with end users regarding problems/questions and translate technical material for non-technical users.
- Receive and manage all support calls through the Unified Call Center.
- Enter all calls into the tracking system, provide ongoing progress reports and also issue weekly reports on both outstanding and completed calls.
A competitive salary between £32,500-£36,500 is on offer (dependent upon experience). This is a busy and autonomous role which will require flexibility to work additional hours as and when required. Full overtime is paid after standard 8:30AM-4:30PM.
