IP Support are working with a highly successful law firm based in London, who are seeking a HR Manager to join their team on a permanent basis.


This is a brand new and standalone position where the HR Manager will have a 360 degree mix of all aspects of HR including recruitment, trainee selection and ER. 


To be considered for this role you must have solid HR experience with a CIPD qualification, and have worked within the legal profession. Ideally you will be working as a HR Manager already or working at senior level ready to step up.


The successful candidate will ideally work two days a week with complete flexibility on their chosen hours. As the firm continue to grow steadily, there could a requirement for further days/hours over the next 6-12 months. The successful candidate will therefore need to allow for further flexibility should there be a need to increase hours to meet the needs of the business. There is also opportunity to work from home when necessary or work Mon-Fri at the offices for several hours a day (if preferred). 


Salary on offer is negotiable and highly competitive.
