We are working alongside a leading London based property services company who are seeking a HR assistant. The successful individual will provide support to the HR manager and overall HR function.
The HR assistant will assist in the administration and implementation of all HR policies and procedures and maintain up to date records for all employees. You will assist in the recruitment process including updating agency terms, placing adverts, arranging interviews and tests as well as liaising with agencies and candidates.
The successful applicant will also assist with the induction processes for all new employees and deal with any employee relations matters. You will also maintain up to date records of all training providers.
Candidates will have gained previous HR experience and will have gained the CIPD qualification or equivalent. Excellent organisational and communication skills are essential coupled with the ability to work in a varied, fast paced environment.
