An exciting opportunity has arisen for an office manager to join a leading city based law firm. The successful individual will lead all non legal functions and ensure the smooth operational running of the firm.
The office manager will carry out a range of duties including financial management, management of cash flow and expense claims as well as distributing fee earners' billing targets.
A key element of the role will require the applicant to build long lasting relationships with service providers from insurance companies to IT service providers. You will oversee business development and marketing initiatives ranging from the firm's website to social media presence.
You will be tasked with day to day management of general office and junior staff including recruitment, staff inductions, training and appraisals.
Candidates will be able to demonstrate previous experience of carrying out similar duties within the legal sector. You will possess first class communication skills coupled with the ability to operate with minimal supervision.
