We are currently recruiting for a HR Operations Coordinator to cover maternity leave in the London office of an elite tier US law firm. This will be a 9 -12 month fixed-term contract and a competitive salary of £35-40K per annum is on offer, dependent upon experience.
The successful candidate will work closely with the HR Operations Manager and Specialist to provide high level Human Resources Operations support.
The responsibilities of the HR Operations Coordinator will include but are not limited to:
- enrolling new staff members onto the benefits schemes
- conducting meetings in regards to Lawyers & support staff benefits
- inputting monthly payroll changes into the PeopleSoft system
- Data entries into HR systems
- Monitoring the HR Operations inbox and escalating when required
Suitable applicants will possess strong interpersonal and customer service skills, the ability to deal with staff at al levels, be able to prioritise workload and maintain excellent attention to detail. In addition, candidates should have circa 3 years’ experience gained from within a similar role in a law firm or professional services environment. Lastly, systems experience and benefits management experience is essential in order to succeed within this position and payroll experience and/or an interest is wellbeing is highly desirable.
