Part-Time Legal PA – All Litigation (6-month FTC) - up to £45k

We are currently recruiting for a unique opportunity to work as a part-time Litigation PA, two days per week that you can work flexibly and almost entirely working from home!

You will be supporting a wealthy private individual and company director who has a large Court case pending and wants an experienced litigation PA to help them navigate the terminology and act as support and liaison between them and their firm of solicitors.

Most of the time you will be able to work as it suits you – there are no office hours to keep, you will be your own “boss”, as long as you’re getting the work done. But some of it will be reactive, so you might get calls or emails that need to be dealt with that happen outside of the traditional 9-5.

Work will be pretty much all from home, but you will be asked to join the client sometimes for meetings in London with their lawyers etc. where you’ll take notes and support them.

They are looking to recruit on a 6-month fixed term contract but that could get extended, depending on how long the Court case goes on for. They will need you for two days per week, but they might need some flexibility depending on workload.

Duties will include diary management, liaising with their solicitors and reputation management consultants, but what they really need you for is your experience in preparing bundles, collating witness statements, preparing litigation documents – and generally helping them understand what is happening.

As a result, they are looking for an experienced and highly knowledgeable litigation PA who has excellent communication skills, is a brilliant organiser and self-reliant, with a calm “safe-pair of hands” approach.

Excellent salary and the opportunity to work in an incredibly flexible way, supporting an utterly charming UHNW couple with a very high-profile court case. It goes without saying, that the successful candidate will demonstrate the utmost in discretion and trustworthiness!
