An exciting opportunity has arisen for a HR Assistant/Administrator to join a leading property management company based in the London. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the HR Manager and providing full HR administrative support to the business. This opportunity will require a mix of office based and remote work.

You will be tasked with a variety of duties including general HR administration, providing support on the employee lifecycle, onboarding new starters, monitoring the HR inbox, maintaining HR databases as well as assisting in all HR policies and procedures. Further duties will include assisting with the recruitment process which will consist of placing adverts, coordinating interviews as well as maintaining agency terms and relationships.

Applicants will have gained previous experience of working in a HR department and will have ideally gained or be working towards the CIPD Level 3 certification. You will possess first class organisational and administrative skills coupled with the ability show a commitment to customer care. Prior experience of using LinkedIn or similar recruitment platforms are highly advantageous.
