Legal Billing Specialist

An exciting opportunity to work alongside the Senior Billing Manager to support the billing function across Europe. Based out of the London office, you will work closely with the partners, fee-earners and wider billing team to establish and maintain a robust billing process whilst creating innovative strategies and solutions to improve productivity.

Your main duties will include (but are not limited to):

• Monitoring the volume of bills prepared, quality checking and building comms between teams
• Assisting the Senior Billing Manager with daily tasks
• Review and monitor client billing processes
• Collaborate with various teams and stakeholders to promote a timely billing process
• Working on complex projects
• Assisting with the onboarding of new clients

The perfect Billing Supervisor will:

• Be a highly professional and personable Legal Billing Supervisor
• A problem-solver, working proactively to find innovative solutions
• A credible and approachable leader who can be looked up to
• At least two years of supervisory billing experience
• Proven track record of process improvement
