Step up to L&D Manager at City Law Firm – up to £70,000 – Hybrid Working
This is a fantastic opportunity for a Learning & Development Manager looking for a new challenge, or an experienced L&D Advisor looking to make that step up to the L&D Manager role. This is a permanent, hybrid working role within a dynamic and driven team who are just great fun to work with.
The role is highly varied with a huge amount of autonomy and strategic responsibility, so it’s essential that you’re the sort of person who wants move things forward and use out of the box thinking to make continuous improvements.
Ideal candidates will have a solid background working within commercial law firms as part of their Learning & Development teams and have excellent communications skills.
The firm already have an exceptional L&D provision, but they’re an incredibly ambitious and innovative firm who know that improvements can always be made, and new ideas are always very welcome!
