This leading US law firm are keen to find an Accounts Payable Assistant to join their established finance team on a permanent basis due to growth in the firm.
The role will see you supporting various duties across Accounts Payable, expenses, and general finance duties including;
- Vendor invoice approval
- E-invoices
- Payment processing
- Expense report auditing
- General accounting queries
The perfect Accounts Payable Assistant will have around two years of experience, ideally in a law firm or professional services environment, coupled with knowledge of the SAR and VAT rules. You will be detail orientated with a strong client focus.
