HR Manager

We are currently recruiting for a top tier US law firm in the city to find them an HR Manager to support HR operations in their London office.

The role will see you as the main point of contact for all personnel in London on a range of HR issues, procedures and policies. You will utilise your skills to manage across multiple arms of the HR function including resourcing, performance, advice and policies. There are a number of HR projects to work on, alongside the Assistant General Counsel and members of the firm-wide HR team. You will also prepare statistics and reports for senior management and ensure firmwide requirements and protocols are compliant.

The perfect HR Manager will have prior experience working in a legal environment and possess a high level of cross-cultural sensitivity. You will have excellent people skills and good judgement, being highly organised and discrete. The firm are keen to speak with existing HR Managers or experienced Senior HR Advisors or HR Business Partners looking for a step up.
