Oxfordshire law firm boosts Private Capital and Family Law teams
Home Counties-based firm Spratt Endicott Solicitors has added to its Private Capital and Family Law teams at its Bicester office.
Paula Tedder has joined the Private Capital team in Bicester – while Sobiah Hussain has joined Spratt Endicott’s Family Law department.
“The new appointments demonstrate how the firm provides opportunities for talented people to help in the growth of the firm and increase clients’ access to its specialist services across the region and beyond,” said a spokesperson for the firm.
Paula Tedder joins the firm as an Associate – and leads the firm’s Private Capital team in Bicester. With more than 12 years’ experience as a Solicitor, she specialises in providing legal advice to private individuals on the preparation of wills, probate, trusts, lasting powers of attorney, deputyship orders and other matters.
As a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners, she has particular expertise in providing advice on inheritance and succession planning – and is a member of Solicitors for the Elderly, offering specialist advice on planning for and funding later-life care.

Solicitor Sobiah Hussain has joined the Family Law department at Spratt Endicott and has experience in advising clients on all aspects of Family Law – including divorce, financial remedies, disputes regarding children, cohabitation, pre- and post-nuptial agreements and emergency injunctions relating to domestic violence.
She is a member of Resolution, the national organisation of Family Lawyers, committed to the constructive resolution of family disputes.
