Humphries Kirk consolidates family law team with new appointment
Leading Dorset and Somerset law firm, Humphries Kirk, has expanded its Family Law department by appointing Darren Francis to the team.
The firm says that Darren qualified as a family law solicitor in 2016 – and specialises in matters including divorce, guidance on legal separation, financial disputes and issues involving children.
He is also a member of Resolution – the national organisation of family lawyers – and takes a “pro-active and non-confrontational” approach to resolving family issues.
“I’m delighted to join Dorset and Somerset’s leading law firm,” Darren said. “It has a fantastic reputation.
“I’ll be working with clients on family law matters and helping them resolve any issues they are facing, in particular the emotional and financial impact upon separating couples and their families.”
Partner and head of family law at Humphries Kirk, Margaret Baker, added:
“We’re delighted to welcome Darren to the family department team – he’s settled in really well and will extend our offer in all aspects of family law.”
The Humphries Kirk Family Law team has also been offering free consultation appointments from 29 December 2018, which will last until Thursday, 31 January. The appointments last for 30 minutes and are available at the Bournemouth, Poole, Dorchester and Wareham offices.
Humphries Kirk has offices across Dorset and Somerset, including Bournemouth, Parkstone, Poole, Swanage, Wareham,Dorchester and
Crewkerne. The firm is also a member of the HKI network of international lawyers.
However, Humphries Kirk says it prides itself on being small enough to have a personal relationship with our clients – while being large enough to put together a team of specialists if a transaction requires it.
The firm offers a wide range of legal services to business and private clients, including accident and personal injury claims, construction law, debt recovery for business, employment law for individuals, litigation and disputes, tax planning, probate and estates, Court of Protection and residential property.
The Law Support Group covers all areas of recruitment – from support staff to fee-earner level recruitment – for both regional and international banking and law firms here in the UK, Europe and the Middle East.
