Rothera Sharp announces new promotions as part of growth plans
East Midlands law firm Rothera Sharp has announced three new staff promotions as part of its plans for continued growth of its team.
The three new promotions at Rothera Sharp’s Nottinghamshire offices include residential conveyancing solicitor Michelle Young, who is based at the firm’s West Bridgford office. She has been promoted to Partner.
Solicitor Eleanor Robinson – also based at the West Bridgford office – and Chartered Legal Executive Rebecca Green, based at the firm’s Wollaton and Long Eaton branches, have been promoted to Associate level.
Rothera Sharp has a total of seven offices, which specialise in both individual and business services, including conveyancing and family law, as well as commercial property and debt recovery.
Rothera Sharp CEO Christina Yardley said:
“The promotions of Michelle, Eleanor and Rebecca reflect the amazing talent we have at Rothera Sharp – and demonstrate the career progression that our staff can make in the firm as a result of their commitment, loyalty and hard work.
“It is our aim to become the firm that people want to work for, so we can both retain and attract the best-performing individuals and provide clients with quality, value and distinctiveness in the service we offer them.”
Michelle Young originally joined Rothera Sharp’s Wollaton office in 1987 and was made a Senior Associate in 2018. She added:
“Being promoted to Partner, I am very excited to be in a position to help motivate the next generation and secure the firm’s future.”
