Rollits continues its expansion plans with new appointments
Yorkshire-based law firm Rollits has appointed two new solicitors, after two of its trainees successfully completed their training contracts.
Amy Buttrick and Harriet Wheeldon joined Rollits as a Trainee Solicitors in September 2017.
Based in the firm’s Hull office, Amy Buttrick will specialise in general corporate work, dealing with a variety of corporate matters including company formations, mergers and acquisitions and banking matters. She will also work on partnership matters, share buy-backs and reorganisations.
Harriet Wheeldon will join the Charities team at Rollits, dealing with all aspects of charity legislation – including creating and registering new charities, restructuring and reorganising charities, charity incorporations and mergers.
