Sintons Solicitors continues recruitment drive with graduate appointments
Newcastle-based law firm Sintons is continuing is growth plans with two new recruits joining as paralegals, before becoming trainees with Sintons in 2020.
Sintons said thatDaniel Earle and Charlotte Johnston joined the firm as paralegals to add additional capacity and capability to two key departments, during a time of continuous development for Sintons through its Strategy for Growth.
Both will gain experience of working within Sintons before becoming trainees with the firm from September 2020 – they each won a two-year training contract with Sintons after impressing during the firm’s graduate recruitment week earlier in 2019.
Daniel Earle has become a paralegal in the firm’s dispute resolution department, which was rewarded with a coveted Team of the Year win at the Northern Law Awards 2019. He is expected to add further to the team’s fast-increasing capability and reputation, said Sintons.
Charlotte Johnston joins Sintons’ real estate team – one of the largest and most highly rated in the region, which also acts nationally for major clients and is regularly instructed in many of the biggest and most significant property deals in the North East.
The new appointees are the latest lawyers to join Sintons, as part of its ongoing recruitment drive to add new legal excellence to the firm.
“Recruitment is a key component in its Strategy for Growth, which underpins the development of the firm as it pushes on with its goal of being the law firm of choice for businesses, organisations and individuals regionally and nationally,” said a spokesman.
Managing Partner of Sintons, Mark Quigley, added:
“Our Strategy for Growth contains ambitious targets for us as a firm to achieve, but we are delighted to report we are making very strong progress.
“To help sustain the growth of key parts of the business, recruitment plays a key role in this – and we are committed to attracting and retaining outstanding legal talent to support the development of Sintons.
“Daniel and Charlotte are both outstanding aspiring lawyers, who thoroughly impressed during our graduate recruitment week – and we are delighted they have accepted the opportunity to join us before commencing their training contracts.
“This will give them vital insight into our aims and ambitions as a firm – as well as allowing them to benefit from the experience and expertise of the many outstanding lawyers we have here already. We wish them luck as they begin their careers with Sintons.”
