US Law Support are pleased to be partnering with one of the world’s leading law firms, to assist them in their search for a Senior HR Manager (EMEA).
Based in the firm’s London office, the Senior HR Manager will support the Corporate M&A and Disputes practice groups, as well as assist the Director with the development of the broader people team.
The role will partner with the People Team’s Centres of Expertise and regional HR colleagues and provide strategic support to London and EMEA offices.
This is a rare senior level hire for the firm, offering the successful candidate excellent exposure across the business, coordinating with key stakeholders across core practices.
Suitable applicants will have amassed extensive legal/professional services experience as a (senior) HR Manager, demonstrating strong business acumen, the ability to influence stakeholders & drive change and a proven collaborative approach. Experience of working in a global, highly matrixed structure is also key.
