Learning & Development Coordinator at City Law Firm
HR Support is delighted to be working with a well-respected mid-sized global professional services firm to find them an L&D Coordinator to support their Global Learning Manager in a permanent role. The firm operate a hybrid working policy, 3 days in the office, in the heart of the City.
Our client is a well-respected and steadily growing international law firm in the City, and they are keen to find someone with at least 1-2 years’ experience in an L&D role, or an experienced HR Assistant or Coordinator who wants to specialise in Learning & Development and has demonstrable L&D exposure gained in their broader HR role.
This is a busy role supporting the Learning & Development Manager, as well as the wider team, with administration, diary management and helping coordinate the complex diary of meetings and training sessions.
You will also gain excellent experience and exposure liaising with senior stakeholders across the firm, and external providers and trainers.
This is a really varied role that needs a someone super-organised who has excellent communication skills and the confidence to speak to people at all levels.
What they are looking for is a confident L&D Administrator, ideally whose experience has been gained in a law firm or similar professional services environment.
Salary is competitive and they also offer excellent benefits and the chance to work in a great team with plenty of opportunity to grow and develop.
Experience working within a law firm or other professional services is highly desired, but not essential, as is experience using a LMS system or the Learning Module of a HRIS.
