About the Role
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Trade Mark Administrator to join a leading intellectual property team. In this role, you will support Trade Mark Attorneys by managing case administration, filing applications, and ensuring accurate record-keeping throughout the prosecution process.
Key Responsibilities
Create and manage trade mark cases using case management systems.
File trade mark applications and complete all post-filing formalities.
Draft and process legal documents and correspondence.
Liaise with intellectual property offices and overseas agents.
Maintain accurate records of deadlines, assignments, renewals, and ownership changes.
Prepare trade mark portfolio reports for clients.
What We’re Looking For
Previous trade mark administrator experience in a comparable environment.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
Ability to prioritise tasks and work effectively under pressure.
