HR Systems and Analytics Manager
HR Support is delighted to be working with a growing UK and international professional services firm to find them a HR Systems Manager their HRIS and lead on the delivery of business-critical analytics. This is a permanent role, working hybrid (3 days per week in the London office).
In this role you will be managing a small team (HRIS and Reporting Analysts), so it is essential that you have experience of line management in a role like this.
What they are looking for is a creative, innovative, and ambitious with solid experience in a HRIS and Analytics management or Team Leader role, ideally using SuccessFactors as well as familiarity with other relevant Analytical tools.

Experience working within a law firm or other professional services (partnership) environment is highly desired, but not essential – but demonstrable experience managing or leading a HRIS & Analytics team/function is essential.
