As Client Service Team Leader, you’ll play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of client support operations. You’ll lead and develop a team responsible for providing high-quality administrative support to patent and trade mark attorneys, ensuring deadlines are met and clients receive the best possible service.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead, motivate and support a team of client service administrators
Allocate workloads and ensure adequate cover across the team
Review processes and identify opportunities for improvement
Train and develop team members, supporting career growth
Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and performance reviews
Maintain strong communication with attorneys, partners, and other support staff
Minimum 3 years’ experience in a patent administrator/secretary role
Ideally some team leadership or supervisory experience
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
Strong communication and people management skills
Proficient in Inprotech, CPA Direct, and Microsoft Office applications
CIPA qualification is desirable but not essential
