Our client is a growing and ambitious mid-sized law firm based who operate hybrid working (3 days in the office) and have an incredibly supportive and relaxed Recruitment and HR team.
They are looking for someone to come on board to directly support their Recruitment Manager and Recruitment Advisor with all types of roles across Business Support and Lawyers.
This is a very much a recruitment role, not a HR one, and will need you to have superb organisational skills and the ability to communicate with people at all levels.
The firm are growing steadily, so there is potential in the future for you to develop and take on more responsibility on the recruitment side, from running projects to fully running recruitment on some roles yourself. So they are very keen to hear from people who are interested in a career in recruitment as part of an inhouse Talent Acquisition team.

What they are looking for is bright, confident communicator with excellent administration skills. Ideal candidates will have 1-2 years+ experience in a recruitment administration role – ideally within a law firm or similar environment, but they would consider resourcers from legal recruitment agencies looking to move inhouse.
