Stoke solicitors recruit new paralegal as Business Services team expands

Grindeys Solicitors based in Stoke-on-Trent are continuing to expand, with three new members joining the firm’s Business Services team.

Paralegal Madiha Ahmed has joined the Corporate and Commercial team –

and solicitors Lauren Wild and Ishteyak Hannan have both joined Grindeys’ Commercial Property department.

Grindeys provides legal services to business and currently has four directors and in excess of 200 employees. Although the firm is based in Stoke-on-Trent, it says that effective use of technology and its central location has enabled it to serve a national client base.

Grindeys also has a collaborative agreement with international law firm, CMS Cameron McKenna, which it says offers clients access to a depth and range of advice not offered by many regional firms.

“We have resources beyond our regional status, but maintain our regional prices.

“We pride ourselves on being client-centric – and we constantly seek out client feedback to ensure we continue to meet your expectations,” says the firm.

Grindeys says that Paralegal Madhia Ahmed has years of experience as a corporate and commercial paralegal – is currently studying to become a fully qualified solicitor.

Lauren Wild is a qualified solicitor who advises on all aspects of commercial property law – Grindeys said that prior to becoming a solicitor, she worked in the customer services industry and has transferred the skills and attitude acquired to her legal career, to ensure clients receive exemplary client care.

Qualified commercial property solicitor, Ishteyak Hannan advises on all aspects of commercial property – and also has expertise in Islamic finance transactions involving diminishing Musharakah and commodity Murabaha.

The legal services Grindeys offers to business include corporate law and transaction, commercial contracts, commercial property, debt recovery, dispute resolution, employment law and commercial client testimony.

Grindeys also offers legal services to private clients, including family and divorce law; wills, trusts and probate; conveyancing and property; as well as handling disputes, including professional negligence, inheritance, property and consumer disputes.
