Lancashire law firm adds to Property department
Lancashire law firm Southerns Solicitors has appointed a head to lead its property department, after developing a new property team.
Karen Piontek brings 20 years of experience to the Commercial and Residential Property team, said a spokesman for Southerns. She has acted for a wide range of corporate and individual clients throughout England and Wales – including SMEs, institutional landlords, charities and property funders – across a range of market sectors such as retail, manufacturing, financial, medical, education, creative industries and agriculture.
“Karen’s extensive background in real estate has given her a range of expertise – including Property Investment, Acquisition & Disposal, Bank Finance, Pension Fund Acquisitions, Utility Agreements, Development set up and Plot Sales, Agricultural, Title Rectification, Landlord & Tenant leases and Corporate Support.”
