Benefits Analyst
One of our most prestigious, and globally successful clients is looking for an experienced Benefits Analyst to join them ASAP on a fixed term contract, likely to be around 12 months but with the potential to be extended. They offer hybrid working (3 days in the office) and are based in stunning offices a stone's throw from Liverpool Street.
Our client is a leading international law firm with a market-leading reputation and pride themselves on providing the highest quality of service to our clients while enabling their employees to achieve their utmost in a supportive, inclusive, and enjoyable working environment.
Due to an internal restructure and the growth of the team, they are looking to hire a capable and knowledgeable Benefits Advisor/Analyst to join the team and offer immediate support with their busiest time of the year with renewals and new joiners.
What they are looking for is a Benefits specialist or a Reward Analyst looking to focus on the Benefits side, with at least 3-4 years’ experience in a busy, commercial, and ideally international company.
Ideal candidates will have had some experience in a law firm or other professional services environment, but they are flexible – especially if you bring solid experience of working with systems such as Benifex and Workday.
