Key Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support including document management, scanning, filing, and correspondence.
Prepare and format documents using MS Office and Adobe tools.
Assist with meeting and travel bookings, expenses, and billing processes.
Support secretarial and project teams with ad-hoc tasks as required.
About You:
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Excellent communication and organisational skills.
Proactive, detail-oriented, and a great team player.
Previous administrative experience in a professional services or legal setting preferred (not essential).
