This is an excellent opportunity for a confident HR generalist who is ready to step into a role with real ownership and visibility. Working closely with Partners, Business Support Managers, and the wider HR team, you will play a key role in delivering a high‑quality HR service across the firm.
Key Responsibilities
Managing a wide range of HR matters, including employee relations, senior‑level recruitment, and benefits
Supporting the delivery and development of a centre of excellence within HR
Advising on complex and senior ER cases with confidence and professionalism
Contributing to HR projects and initiatives
Providing hands‑on support to the HR Director and senior stakeholders across the business
About You
Proven HR generalist experience, ideally gained within professional services (law firm experience highly desirable)
Strong knowledge of employee relations, including complex and senior‑level cases
Confident communicator with the ability to build trusted relationships at all levels
Proactive, organised, and comfortable operating in a fast‑paced, stakeholder‑focused environment
