They are recruiting for a Patent Paralegal to support a busy attorney team.The role will be client-focused and you will provide support to one of the firm’s key clients taking responsibility for a broad range of paralegal tasks and portfolio management.You will have daily interaction with clients, IPOs and foreign attorneys and be responsible for preparing application forms for the UKIPO, EPO, and other patent offices, and handle all post-filing matters. You will follow clients processes and procedures, and keep up to date with IP laws through attendings webinars and in-person meetings. We are working with a global law firm in their search for a Trade Mark Paralegal. This new and permanent role will undertake end-to-end trade mark and design filing, prosecution, and registry formalities tasks working directly with the attorneys and partners, and work alongside a wider network of support staff to ensure the fee earners receive a first class support service. You will also liaise with clients and foreign agents, file forms for new trade mark and design applications, oppositions, assignment, and other recordals, assist with the tracking of IPO and foreign associate correspondence, prepare schedules, onboarding, due date management and much more. The ideal candidate will 2 years industry experience and ideally the CITMA qualification, and hold a library of domestic and international trade mark procedural knowledge. The firm offer a hybrid working model along with a competitive salary and benefits package. 

One of the UK's largest practices are recruiting for an experienced Patent Administrator.  The role is to support the firms growth and will work as a part of a large formalities team supporting the fee earners at the firm. You should have a strong level of procedural knowledge before the UKIPO, EPO, WIPO, and foreign offices around the globe.  The ideal candidate will have the CIPA  and at least 1 years Patent administration experience.The role is 95% remote and will require only 1 day a week attendance to one of the firms UK offices. Any travel and hotel expenses incurred will be paid for by the firm for this requirement
