
Interim HR Manager at Law Firm
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced HR Manager cover for a period of absence at a mid-sized London law firm.
This highly regarded firm has a great attitude to work-life-balance, have a “3 days in” hybrid policy and are strictly 9.30-5.30. With a collegiate culture, a friendly and engaged HR team supporting you, it offers the ideal environment for an experienced HR professional ready to take on a varied and engaging role on an interim basis.
Working closely with Managing Partner and other key stakeholder, you will take ownership of a broad range of HR matters, including employee relations, benefits, L&D, senior level recruitment, and key HR projects. You will also play an important part in supporting the firm’s commitment to maintaining its culture and working environment.
The successful candidate will bring strong HR generalist experience, together with the knowledge, confidence, and judgement to manage senior and/or complex employee relations cases. Experience gained within professional services is essential, with law firm experience highly desirable.
